In her fourth poetry collection, published by Salmon in 2014, Nessa O’Mahony explores two father-daughter relationships: her mother’s and her own. The book includes a moving sequence charting the illness and death of her father, Donal, and also examines her grandfather’s life during the historic and turbulent years of the early 20th century in Ireland.
